COMMUNITY STATEMENT
The West Hill Slo-Pitch League also known as the West Hill Men’s Slo-Pitch League was established in 1979 by Paul Hadden. The League unites the diverse community of the City of Toronto East District to encourage, foster and promote the game of slo-pitch amongst the community. Most of all, we are committed to working together with uncompromising ethics and integrity.
The WHSPL efforts focus to improve the experience of every team and player through the following means:

To offer a quality slo-pitch environment to fulfill player needs.

To deliver outstanding service by treating each individual as we ourselves would like to be treated.

To create a slo-pitch environment that fosters personal growth and well-being.

To build partnerships with the City of Toronto, community businesses and members based on fairness and trust.

To be responsible citizens in every community we serve.To foster a competitive spirit and meaningful opportunities for growth by helping teams and players strive for excellence in the game of slo-pitch by offering competitive divisions for participation, a league tournament and playoffs.

To assist in the growth of slo-pitch by supporting Slo-Pitch National (SPN) events.

To uphold the rules of slo-pitch as adopted by SPN and the WHSPL House Rules.

To encourage enthusiastic player participation in all League activities.
